Hi, I'm afraid there isn't a direct way to identify if a voucher has been applied to a BudgetOrder. The BudgetOrderService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/BudgetOrderService> now supports retrieving adjustments via the new totalAdjustments <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder#totaladjustments> field, available in API version v201609. Adjustments come in the form of credits or debits to your budget order. You can use this field to infer if a voucher has been applied or not.
