I downloaded both SearchQueryPerformanceReport <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/search-query-performance-report#impressions>and KeywordsPerformanceReport <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#impressions> from API. Both reports use the same date range.
Selected rows associated with one keyword, I found the aggregated Impressions in SearchQueryPerformanceReport is much smaller than the one in KeywordsPerformanceReport, like 526 vs 361,468. I used 'Keyword ID' field in both report to select rows.
