Hello, What Vishal has suggested is about *fetching *information from your account, not *uploading* information. In order to use *BudgetOrderService*, you account need to be whitelisted by your Google representative. To use the reporting service, please see this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting>. If this is not what you want, could you please clarify more?
