Hey, I'm pretty new to AdWords API although I have great experience in managing AdWords campaigns. I want to develop a platform for optimizing AdWords campaigns, and I have two questions that I believe you can help me with.
1. What's the minimum requirement for getting a developer key and start using the API? Only MCC aacount? 2. How I can create a virtual testing environment with fake stats that I can use to develop my platform.
