Hi Kenny,

This looks like a XML namespace issue in your SOAP request. Are you using 
one of our client libraries 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries> to perform 
this action? Client libraries tend to normalize namespaces in your request 
so that such issues are eliminated.
