Hi, There was a change <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/#field-changes> in the v201605 version of AdWords API where the billingAccountId field of BudgetOrder <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder#billingaccountid> must now be a 16-digit number formatted as xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. Please see the v201605 migration guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/migration/v201605> for a summary of the breaking changes introduced in this version. You can retrieve the list of valid 16-digit billing account IDs using BudgetOrderService.getBillingAccounts <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/BudgetOrderService#getbillingaccounts>, as described in the Budget Order Service guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/budget-order#listing_available_billingaccounts> .
