In order to get this data, you need to use Reports <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting>. Here are the available reports <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports> in AdWords API. You can choose the report type that suits what you are looking for. Our client libraries contain examples on how to run reports. Here are the Perl examples <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-perl-lib/tree/master/examples/v201607/reporting> .
