Hi Barry, InvalidClicks <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#invalidclicks> are currently only supported in the reports of the AdWords API. They are automatically recorded, however, there seems to be no way just yet as to how to manually detect them using the services of the AdWords API. You may also refer to this link <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2549113> for additional information regarding invalid traffic.
