Hi all

We are proposing to move away from solely using individual Campaign level
Negative Keywords, to incorporating Shared Sets of negative keywords to be
used as base lists accross our accounts.

Can i ask a few questions please of certain scenarios ....

Say, we have a shared list of Negative Campaign Keywords, ID 100, with the
following words ....

"dvds",
"books",
"trip",
"trains"
"airline"

This list is assigned to Campaign A and to Campaign B

*Scenario 1*
I now want to add an extra Negative Keyword, "bus" to Campaign B

In order to effect this and ONLY have "bus" as an extra negative campaign
keyword for Campaign B, i would need to simply add an individual negative
campaign keyword to campaign B as i would have done previously. Am i
correct in thinking i can have an assigned shared set list AND individual
keywords and both will be in affect at the same time ? (i dont want to make
another specific list JUST for campaign B)

*Scenario 2*
I want to remove the negative keyword "trip" on campaign A

Here i think i have 2 options .....
In order to do this i would need to create a new shared set, ID 101,
without the word "trip" in and apply that new shared set to Campaign A
(again i dont want to make another specific list JUST for campaign A)
OR
I need to remove the shared set ID 101 from campaign A, and then take only
the negatives i want to have and create them as individual negative
keywords against Campaign A

I am guessing that the answer to the NEXT question is NO......
Is there a way of saying - Use shared set negative keyword list ID 101, but
actually negate the use of the word "trip" from within the list for a
certain campaign

cheers in advance
