I posted another issue on the 11th of August titled "api version 201605 - 
batchjobservice", but is marked as duplicate.  Can't open the thread 
anymore, its taking me here:
This is a different issue, we have downloadUrl, Done as job status, but the 
stats does not reflect the total number of operations, not sure why marked 
as duplicate, can provide the details again if needed.
