Hi Adrian, BidModifiers for platforms other than HighEndMobile are currently available in Test accounts only. You can retrieve the Campaign and Ad Group bidModifiers using CampaignCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201607/CampaignCriterionService.CampaignCriterion#bidmodifier> and the AdGroupBidModifierService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201607/AdGroupBidModifierService.AdGroupBidModifier> respectively, to see if the bid adjustments have been set correctly.
