When the converted clicks metric is deprecated <https://adwords.googleblog.com/2016/07/simplifying-conversion-measurement.html> in September 2016, what will happen to the conversionOptimizerMode element of the account-level ConversionTrackingSetting <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201607/CustomerService.ConversionTrackingSettings>? How will the AdWords UI change?
