Hi, Apologies, I can only provide support in English. There is currently no AdWords API service that returns the remaining balance of an account. However, if you know the original budget, you may use the ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/account-performance-report> to get the Cost <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/account-performance-report#cost> and subtract that from the original budget.
