Hello, I'm trying to add a negative placement for my video campaign but I get the error "OperationAccessDenied.MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT". Do you know when it will be possible to perform this operation? Moreover I was wondering why I cannot even read the negative placements I've added manually, I thought this was permitted.
