Hi Aaron, Not all functionalities available in the AdWords UI will have equivalent API services. This guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/uireports#reportTypes> describes how UI reports map to API reports. Unfortunately, the data available in the Product Groups tab in the UI doesn't have an equivalent API report. The closest report you could probably use is Product Partition Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/product-partition-report>, but this report doesn't include these fields too. Please keep an eye on the AdWords Developer blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any updates.
