The following scenario is leaving my QA team and me stumped. We have implemented functionality to pull Conversion Types from an Adwords account into a Pie Chart widget to represent which contributes to what percentage of Conversions.
We decided that it would be best to make a widget that can pull a single number that represents the amount of conversions of each type and allow the user to select which Conversion Type to display data for. When we initially tested this, we authenticated with an MCC account and the data for both the Pie Charts and each single number widget we made matched up. However, when we authenticated a read only account that wasn't MCC, we started getting problems pulling the single numbers respectively, even though the pie chart would show all Conversion Types. Does anyone know how data is restricted in the API, or can point me to some documentation that I might be missing? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I would like to see if we can figure this out before handing it to the developers.
