Hi Hugo, There is no way to delete the adgroups permanently. You can filter your results in AdGroupService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/AdGroupService#get> to show you active/enabled adgroups only by passing a Selector <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/AdGroupService.Selector> object with status as 'ENABLED' . You can also implement paging <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/AdGroupService.Paging> to see a certain number of rows at a time.
