Hi, I just heard back from the team working on this issue, and they confirmed that they saw some problems with BatchJobService. The good news is that they already applied a fix about an hour ago that should have helped with the performance issue. If you're still seeing problems, please send over some recent customer ID + batch job ID combinations and I'll take a look.
