Hi Christine, You can create audiences using the Remarketing <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing> options available in the AdWords API. The examples provided here <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/tree/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201605/remarketing> demonstrate how to add different types of audience using the Java client library.
