Hi Chris, You are right. The Cost, CPC, CPM and other currency related fields <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting-concepts#money-fields-in-reports> are of the type Money <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/BudgetService.Money>, which is represented in micros; one million is equal to one unit. There isn't any error in the report.
