HI, Could you run the Geo Performance Report using the predicate "IsTargetingLocation IN [true,false]"? By default, this report only includes rows where "IsTargetingLocation = true".
If the data from the API doesn't match the result shown in the MCC, then please provide me *privately* the clientCustomerId for Geo Performance Report and the report request definition, and I'll take a look at what's going wrong.
