Hello, I am advocating internally for fixing these fields to just render as numbers, because the current formatting doesn't really make sense for data that's meant to be parsed by applications.
However, for now, it is safe to assume that these fields are rendering as intended. If we do decide to make any changes, we will announce them on our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/>.
