The Structured Snippets could be retrieved using fields PLACEHOLDER_FEED_ITEM_REPORT.PlaceholderType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report#placeholdertype> and PLACEHOLDER_REPORT.ExtensionPlaceholderType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-report#extensionplaceholdertype> . The Structured Snippets has placeholder type id <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/placeholders#structured-snippets> as 24.
