Hello, The AdWords API (v201509 and v201601) can be used to create HTML5 ads. The HTML5 ads can now be added as TemplateAds <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/template-ads> with templateId 419 <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/templateads#html5_upload_V1>, and HTML5 media bundles, such as ZIP files containing HTML5 content, can now be uploaded as MediaBundles <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201601/MediaService.MediaBundle> via theMediaService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201601/MediaService>. Please refer sample SOAP request <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/template-ads#html5_ads> for creating an HTML5 ad using a ZIP file as the source. Please check out AddHtml5Ad <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201601/advancedoperations/AddHtml5Ad.java> Java example code from the client library.
