Hi Aayush, You could use the AdWords API to change the status (e.g. paused etc.) of the campaigns. Please check out our getting started guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/start>, sign up guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/signingup> and UpdateCampaign <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201601/basicoperations/UpdateCampaign.java> Java example code from the client library.
