Hello, Yes, you can use AD PERFORMANCE REPORT to get costs. As listed in this page <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#cost>, *Cost* is also available in many other reports.
Please use the one that suits your need best. For instance, if you need the statistics at the level of campaign, you can use CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> instead.
