Hello, While adding the Placement <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201509/AdGroupCriterionService.Placement> criteria you don't need to set the Id <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201509/AdGroupCriterionService.Placement#id> for *Add* operator of the mutate <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201509/AdGroupCriterionService#mutate> operation. The Id will be generated by the system and required set for SET and REMOVE operator.
