Hi, As per the guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/start> you mentioned, you will need to do the following:
- Create a manager account <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6139186#create>, along with your AdWords account - Fill out AdWords API sign up form by going to your manager account's *Account settings -> AdWords API Center* - Create a client identifier and client secret <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication#create_a_client_identifier_and_client_secret> by navigating to the Google Developers Console Once these steps are done, you should be notified with a developer token once your form is approved.
