We recently completed <http://adwords.blogspot.com/2015/11/the-google-display-network-ups-its.html> upgrading all display CPM campaigns on the Google Display Network (GDN) to viewable CPM (vCPM) campaigns. As a result, setting the activeViewCpmEnabled <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201509/CampaignService.ManualCpmBiddingScheme#activeViewCpmEnabled> field of ManualCpmBiddingScheme will no longer have any effect. This field will be removed in the next version of the AdWords API.
