Regarding CSVs and HTML tables for old versions, I have good news: we just 
added that to the reports page 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports>. If you 
scroll to the bottom on the left, you'll see there's an expandable widget 
for links to the *v201506* documentation, e.g., CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/v201506/campaign-performance-report>
