Hello, The operation limits are not bound by timezone. This happens 24hrs after you consume the first of the 10K operations (rather than from the moment where you exhausted your 10K quota for the day). If you send a request at 00.30 and exhaust the quota at 23:30, then the quota would refresh again at 00:30 the next day.
