Hi Hans, I'm following up with the user list team today to try and get some answers for you. As a work around, could you simply ignore the duplicates in this particular case? From what the team has found so far, this issue is limited to the AdwordsUserListService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201509/AdwordsUserListService>, so I'm thinking you could add focused special handling for this case to avoid jeopardizing your release date.
