Thanks for confirming. API tools that allow the user to edit an Ad won't be able to support call-only Ads if we can't get the phone number. If one of our customers wants to modify e.g. description line 1 in a call-only Ad, we need to know all the other fields so we can create the new Ad. Without the phone number, we won't be able to support this functionality.
