Hello, In the AdWords API, you could create the ImageAd <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/AdGroupAdService.ImageAd> using the AdGroupAd service <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/AdGroupAdService>. You could refer the UploadImage <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201506/Misc/UploadImage.php>PHP example code from client library to create the Image <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/AdGroupAdService.ImageAd#image> object of the ImageAd.
