Getting MISSING_FEEDMAPPING_FOR_PLACEHOLDER_TYPE ERROR

Hi Josh Radcliff ,

 While mapping the feedItems with campaign I am getting following error.

At my outset i have retried the request at an interval of 5 minutes but no 
success.

Note: I have removed CustomerId from request if you do need i can send the 
same privately.
