Hi Jason, In the AdWords API v201502 and v201506, the CountryCriteriaId (and other location criteriaId fields <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/migration/v201502>) returns the criteriaId instead of a name. The CountryCriteriaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report#countrycriteriaid> field of the GEO_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report> will return the country location Id. You could use the LocationCriteriaService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/LocationCriterionService> to get the name of the country associated with the CountryCriteriaId.
