Hi Chirag, The lastChangeTimestamp <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/CustomerSyncService.CustomerChangeData#lastChangeTimestamp> field will return the date based on dateTimeZone <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/CustomerService.Customer#dateTimeZone> set for an account <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/CustomerService.Customer>. Please check out the Time Zones <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/timezones> used in the AdWords API for more information.
