Hello Andrada, In the GetKeywords example <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201506/BasicOperations/GetKeywords.php>, you will see that there is a variable called Paging <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/AdGroupCriterionService.Paging>. The fields to be set are the starting index and how many results you want to be returned.
