Hi Dzmitry, Umesh and I were both able to reproduce your issue, and the location you've specified is valid when I checked on this page <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting>. I've sent over the information to the engineers who specialize in this component to see what's up. I'll get back to you as soon as I hear back from them.
