Hello everyone, I'm planning to update on daily basis bids on placements for various ad groups, and there are more than 10,000 such placements. currently i have only basic access to the Adwords API. I just want to make sure - every update opreation to each placement count as 1 operation? whether it is form same\different ad groups? is it possible for me to update more than 10,000 placement each day while having basic access without exceeding the 10,000 operations limit?
