Hi, This was an intentional change made to make the DISPLAY_KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT and KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT consistent with the user interface. Going forward, those reports will not return rows with *IsNegative = true* by default, but you can specifically request them using a predicate as Anthony suggested.
We're in the process of updating the reporting documentation to clarify this behavior.
