The Location Targeting <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/location-targeting> guide is also a good reference to use. Some DMA Regions are also available through the Geographical Targeting <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting> reference page. For example, the ID for Denver, CO is 200751 with Target type DMA region.
