Hi Xavier, Please have a look at https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts/docs/solutions/weather-based-campaign-management, which shows how you could do weather based bid management. Note that AdWords doesn't provide any weather based bidding capability as such, the script uses weather information from a third party site to perform bid management.
