I've found that you can *kind of* do this by querying the Budget 
Performance Report API. Some more details are here: http://goo.gl/gKoU6h. 
You'll notice that you have change the column names:

Impressions > Views
Clicks > View Rate
AverageCpc > Cost Per View
Cost > Cost
Converted Clicks > Converted Clicks
View Through Conversions > View Through Conversions

Unfortunately it doesn't give you any more specific information than those 
metrics.
