Hi,

One other point: if you want to use the *same* callout extension across 
*all* of your campaigns and ad groups, you can simply create it once via 
CustomerExtensionSettingService 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/CustomerExtensionSettingService>.
 
This would be similar to step 1 below, but you won't specify a *campaignId*.
