Oh, you meant CreativeUrlCustomParameters. Right, as per doc: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/upgraded-urls#tracking_template "To change tracking parameters on any supported entity except an Ad, you only need to update the tracking template. This will trigger no review actions from Google, allowing your ads to continue serving uninterrupted. To change the tracking template of an Ad, you must remove the existing Ad and create a new Ad with the new tracking template."
