Hi Gustavo, At this time we do not plan to reintroduce this field, so when handling errors you will have to look up the ad group ID from the corresponding operation. In the case of an ADD where the failure is due to an existing ad group with the same name, please use AdGroupService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/AdGroupService> or the ADGROUP_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#ad-group> to look up the ID of the existing ad group by name.
We'll be updating our v201502 migration guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/migration/v201502> to reflect this change soon.
