Hello, You'll want to post this question on the AdWords forum <https://www.en.adwords-community.com/> rather than the AdWords API forum as it isn't directly related to the API. In the meantime, I can at least get you started with a list of possible issues <https://support.google.com/tagassistant/answer/2947038?hl=en> that would stop the conversions from being tracked. That page points out that even a missing closing tag can stop the JavaScript from executing.
