Hello, The AdWords API supports Remarking <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing>, Rule-based Remarking <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rule-based-remarketing> and Dynamic Remarking <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/dynamic-remarketing>. To help you get started, our Java client library has example code to add an audience <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201502/remarketing/AddAudience.java> and add rule based remarking user lists <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201502/remarketing/AddRuleBasedUserLists.java>. Custom Audience Add/Get functionality is not available in the AdWords API. We don't have a timeline on its availability.
