Hi Mateusz, Production MCC account's developer token (either pending approval or approved) is used when making requests against the test MCC account <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/test-accounts>. Please follow the steps given in our sign up <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/signingup> and an authentication <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication>(OAuth2) guides to complete the setup.
